Innomark is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Technician to join their team in the Fairfield, Ohio office.  This is an entry-level IT role that offers on-the-job training to build on fundamental skills.  The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and 1-2 years of relevant IT experience.  

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, effectively think through a problem, and manage simple projects.
• Good documentation skills 
• Good time control / priority management 
• Project finisher / closer 
• Does what it takes to get the job done mentally and physically
• Stellar customer service skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows (versions Win 10 and higher), Mac OS X
• Basic Networking Skills/ TCP/IP
• Understanding of Active Directory (User permissions, network printers, etc.)
• Good Microsoft Office skills 

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience with Windows Server OS (2016/2022)
• Experience working in a fully virtualized environment
• Experience configuring network switches
• Experience working in a Microsoft Exchange environment

Other Requirements:

1-2 years of IT experience

Some evening/weekend work required
