We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end users in a fast-paced business environment. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for technology-related issues, helping users troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity concerns while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software applications, and peripheral devices
- Set up and support workstations, conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and other IT hardware
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and follow through to resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and help desk ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of networking and server environments
- WordPress experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
