Ag Processing Inc is currently hiring an IT Sr. Technical Analyst to lead implementations and provide daily support of the Agris software including OneWeigh, binSight, and Bulkweigh, and to analyze current business functions, define computer requirements, design implementations, and recommend and provide process improvements to current procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead application configuration and daily support for plant and elevator Agris software systems, including modules OneWeigh, binSight, and Bulkweigh.
  2. Test software releases and patches to resolve issues that may involve discussions with other departments and/or vendors.
  3. Configure and support hardware including PCs, printers, scale indicators, bulk weigh units, and message boards to meet the individual needs of plant locations.
  1. Provide off-hour break-fix remote support for all plant and elevator facilities operating 24/7.
  2. Maintain documentation, including site-specific configuration information, break-fix processes, software installation steps, and procedures for various tasks.
  3. Contribute to the defined technology strategy roadmap and execution through collaboration with business partners, IT leadership, and cross-functional IT departments.
  4. Travel to plant locations to provide onsite support of hardware and processes.
  5. Lead the plant technical equipment purchase and replacement by setting and enforcing standards.
  6. Collaborate with infrastructure teams for network connectivity and equipment installations.
