Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage execution through standard project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT PMO.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT environments.
• Proven success managing enterprise-level software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, or cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, or manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and service delivery models.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business platforms.
