About The Role:

The Lead Analyst, IT Manufacturing Operations will serve as a strategic partner and technical leader within the Manufacturing IT/OT space, supporting the design and delivery of integrated technology solutions that enhance manufacturing operations. This role will collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing business leaders to architect and solution complex systems that connect Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across these domains.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to facilitate continuous improvement of application capabilities through standardization, improvements, and configuration changes
  • Interpret current Business and Manufacturing Systems Architecture and collaborate on recommendations for Industry 4.0 Transformations across PLC/SCADA/MES/ERP technology layers.
  • Collaborate on complex manufacturing and business processes to improve and integrate new systems or functionality with existing ones, ensuring alignment with long-term business and IT strategies.
  • Champion the review of application exceptions, analyze information to assist business teams in identifying root causes, and oversee resolutions.
  • Follow established processes to identify requirements, specifications, and training plans aligned with business objectives and best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all related activities.

The ideal candidate will have the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 7 years of analysis experience.
  • 7 + years of application support and configuration experience (OEE/MES/CMMS; ERP & Supply Chain are a plus)
  • 6+ years of experience working with end-users to define business requirements.
  • 6+ years of experience with IT projects and/or multi-project oversight.
  • Experience with Application/PLC Signal Programming are a plus.
  • Experience working with applications and users remotely is a plus.
  • Experience documenting business and IT processes preferred.
  • Familiarization with ISA-95.
