JOB TITLE: IT Helpdesk Technician

LOCATION: Spokane

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Efficiently and effectively prioritizes user and system problems, elevating issues as needed to more experienced personnel and/or management, utilizing problem management resources and helpdesk system to support users.
• Provides timely support to end users in resolving problems through defined procedures, diagnoses, and discussion.
• Trains new and established users on changes to network procedures or software.
• System builds, installing hardware and software, network printing, and maintaining network users, user environments and configurations bases. 
• General understanding of ISO 27001 standards and its application practices and principles as they relate to your job responsibilities.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• High school level education or equivalent and specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job.
• Proficiency to successfully perform the job described. 
• A+ Certified preferred
• Any technology specialist certifications (generally the lower-level starting point certifications).
