BCI Solutions, Inc. is hiring Iron Pourers to join our foundry team. This is a physically demanding manufacturing role in a fast-paced environment where safety, communication, and reliability matter every shift.

What You’ll Do

• Pour molten iron safely and accurately into molds
• Work closely with the Melt, Mold, and Production teams to maintain quality
• Monitor pouring conditions and respond quickly to changing production demands
• Follow strict safety procedures around high heat and heavy industrial equipment
• Help identify issues before they become problems
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attendance and proven reliability
• Ability to work safely in a high-heat industrial environment
• Team-first mentality and strong communication
• Manufacturing or foundry experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stay focused under pressure and keep production moving safely
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and working in demanding conditions
