Investigations Coordinator

Location: Gilsum, NH

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigations Coordinator to join the Quality team at a growing manufacturing organization. This individual will support quality investigations, customer complaints, documentation, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints, investigations, and documentation through closure.

• Support investigations involving deviations, non-conformances, OOS events, and CAPA.

• Gather evidence, review records, and assist with root cause analysis.

• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and other departments on corrective actions.

• Track investigation timelines and maintain accurate quality records.

• Assist with complaint reporting, trend analysis, audits, and SOP updates.

• Provide backup support for daily Quality Assurance activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 1+ year of Quality Assurance or related experience in a regulated environment preferred.

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related science field preferred.

• Experience with investigations, documentation, and evidence gathering.

• Familiarity with GDP and quality compliance principles.

• QMS or ERP system experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.

Position Details

• Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
