Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

Plans the annual cycle count program to ensure all items are counted according to the latest revision of the cycle count procedure.
Performs monthly portions of cycle counts in accordance with the cycle count plan.
Serves as the go-to person for inventory problem resolution.
Manages the High Velocity area of the warehouse, including: running and analyzing QAD reports to determine entry and exit lists for the High Velocity area; using QAD to set up new High Velocity items and remove obsolete ones; and managing High Velocity Overstock locations.
Manages the Replenishment of the High Velocity area. Runs sectional replenishment reports in QAD and replenishes the relevant locations to minimize stock-outs.
Uses QAD and RF guns.
Operates material handling equipment, including forklifts, stock pickers, and other types of equipment as required.
Serves as a backup for other areas of the warehouse operations: Shipping, Receiving, Pick SO, Pick FAS.
Other tasks/functions as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 to 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
Communicates clearly with others.
Conducts self professionally and ethically.

Detail oriented.

General computer literacy. QAD (or other ERP) and MS Office experience a plus.
