We are seeking a quality minded, experienced Inventory and Production Support Specialist who is anxious to excel in our growing company. We expect our team to continuously develop and augment their skills to the benefit of themselves, our customers and our company.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring the Production departments have the appropriate materials and resources to ensure efficient completion of projects and timely maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving materials from the dock. (Vendor, UPS, FEDX, Etc.)
- Record receivables in Pace, noting POs, keep the database of orders updated.
- Deliver to or inform PO owner of arrival and location.
- Use the forklift to transport materials to their proper homes and shelf them in a timely, organized and safe manner.
- Weekly/Monthly/Semi Annual cycle counts.
- Stock rotation (dating materials as they arrive)
- Managing our stock items, alerting Procurement and or Production to materials needed independent of special orders for jobs.
- Assist departments to break down cardboard, scrap and removal of it.
- Work with Production teams daily to retrieve materials from shelves based on needs. (If possible, create staging areas for substrates needed for near future projects)
