Role Overview

In this role, you will support warehouse operations by managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring accurate tracking of materials. You will work closely with logistics teams, freight carriers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using SAP

• Load/unload materials and verify shipments against documentation

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using UPS WorldShip and freight carriers

• Process returns (RMA), de-installations, and inventory adjustments

• Track shipments and resolve delivery or inventory issues

• Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions

• Support after-hours/on-call shipment requests (as needed)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ year of warehouse experience

• Experience with warehouse management systems

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP / SAP WM systems

• Background in distribution centers or telecom materials

• Forklift operation experience
