In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our inventory processes, ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and efficiently maintained. Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
• Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and organization.
• Assist in the training of new staff on inventory procedures and systems.
• Address and resolve any inventory-related issues promptly and efficiently
• work with our material blending department to prepare materials for molding department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
