The salary for this position is $50,000 annually. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

About the Role:

Our company provides value-added services to our customers, which includes maintaining the inventory of our products at their locations.  As the Inventory Services Coordinator, you will report to the Inventory Services Manager and will play a key role in supporting our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. You will work closely with warehouse leadership, account managers, and drivers to ensure accurate inventory reporting, exceptional customer service, and smooth implementation of new VMI customer accounts. Your day-to-day will include utilizing Microsoft Office products, resolving customer service issues, coordinating customer meetings, and mentoring team members, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement. This position offers a dynamic blend of administrative and hands-on responsibilities and is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional looking to expand their experience within a trusted, and progressive 100+ year-old company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid drivers license and your own transportation are required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, and customer service, or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to analyze and document inventory for reporting, while gaining knowledge of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
  • Coordinate set up for new vendor managed inventory customer accounts at their locations.
  • Monitor current accounts to ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Solicit customer feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Managers to provide coaching and mentoring to drivers for all locations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
  • Communicate and collaborate with account managers, warehouse leadership and drivers to troubleshoot and resolve any customer service issues.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer meetings and audits.
