The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $94,000-$125,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Monitor and document safety protocols throughout all inbound operations, maintaining a secure and regulation-adherent workplace.
Lead the inbound benchmark board to drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding results.
Coordinate material receiving, staging, and inventory control operations to meet and exceed internal and external customer requirements.
Manage third-party material receipts and implement efficient put-away processes to improve operational efficiency.
Supervise, train, and develop the inbound team to achieve high performance and competence.
Examine internal equipment to verify adherence to EHSS standards, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Work together with QIC personnel to address operational quality concerns and uphold high quality control standards.
Optimize receiving, put-away, and cycle-counting workflows to ensure flawless inventory management.
Collaborate with IT/SAP groups to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate team schedules, attendance, leave, and plant assignments to ensure smooth workforce management.
Maintain up-to-date inbound documentation, policies, and risk analyses to support our dedication to standard methodologies and continuous improvement.
A Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of work-related experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
Lean Certifications are considered a plus, demonstrating your dedication to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to navigate and apply these tools effectively.
5S and Safety Training to maintain a safe and orderly working environment.
Basic understanding of ISO 9001, showcasing your knowledge of quality management standards.
