Job Overview
Temporary, short-term project role (up to 3 months) focused on capturing inventory dimensions and weight using a handheld QBOID dimensioning/scanning device and entering the results into an ERP system. This position is hands-on, high-volume, and requires accuracy and comfort working with handheld technology for full shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Scan inventory items with a QBOID dimensioning device to collect length, width, height, and weight data.
- Verify captured measurements for completeness and accuracy before recording in the ERP system.
- Perform timely data entry and maintain consistency across high-volume inventory capture tasks.
- Follow established procedures for item handling, scanning workflow, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with project team members to meet daily inventory capture goals.
- Maintain attention to detail during repetitive scanning and data entry activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable learning and using handheld scanning/dimensioning hardware and related software.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable data-entry accuracy.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, scanning, or similar data capture experience preferred.
- Dependable and able to follow process guidelines consistently.
- Able to remain active during full shifts and handle repetitive inventory scanning tasks.
