About You

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium such as Huggies® that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in Ogden UT.   • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.

  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening

  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT

  • Previous forklift operation experience

  • Ability to read and speak English fluently

  • Basic knowledge of simple mathematical concepts

  • Entry-level experience with material handling equipment

  • Ability to obtain and maintain annual certifications for powered equipment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Proactive self-starter who can work well without supervision

  • Capacity to stand for the duration of the shift, work in varying temperatures and conditions (excessive hot/cold, dusty, dirty), work at heights of 20 feet, bend, stoop, reach, and lift 70 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Perform cycle counts

  • Identify and research inventory system discrepancies and errors

  • Verify the location and count of warehouse products, correcting any misinformation

  • Unload, inspect, segregate, palletize, and load products

  • Locate products from storage locations

  • Report issues and statuses of audits

  • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA)

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  • Alert supervisors to possible workplace hazards

  • Perform other tasks as assigned

  • No safety incidents

Starting Hourly Wage: $25.04 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only.

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
