Inventory Control Specialist - Day Shift

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 2-2-3 Schedule

Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Eau Claire, WI

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking anInventory Control Specialistto support inventory accuracy and logistics operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary position is ideal for individuals with experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing production who enjoy working independently and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

This position works aday-shift-only 2-2-3 scheduleand doesnot rotate to nights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy throughout the facility
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Enter, update, and maintain inventory records in computer systems
• Support warehouse and logistics processes
• Monitor inventory movement and documentation
• Work independently while coordinating with operations personnel

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or related operations
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy and performing cycle counts
• Experience researching and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Candidates with experience inwarehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, production, forklift operation, machine operation, assembly, distribution, or factory environmentsare encouraged to apply. Experience gained in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, transportation companies, or distribution centers may transfer well to this role.
