Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Libby, MT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our inventory processes, ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and efficiently maintained. Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming packages for accuracy against pack slips and purchase orders
- Identify and report discrepancies or damage in received materials
- Label, bin, and place inventory into designated locations
- Pick parts from inventory and assemble kits for production
- Deliver material kits and stock to appropriate production areas
- Perform cycle counts and support regular physical inventory activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other non-powered handling tools (forklift if certified)
Qualifications
- Understand transportation methods across air, rail, sea, or road, including their relative costs and benefits.
- Familiar with raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and techniques for optimizing manufacturing and distribution.
- Skilled in time management for self and others, capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.- Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

- Warehouse Experience
- Forklift Licensed
