Job Overview:

Inventory Clerk - Co-Products Plant 

Regular hours are Monday - Friday 7a-3p with some extended daily hours and weekend work possible.

Job Description/Duties

Pull up Bran Plant Stabilization sheet and average the moisture, make sure that all areas of the sheet needed are filled out (gas, collets, raw bin, wheelbarrows, and downtime) print it out.

Create PO#’s for Dept. 84 at least seven days out. Check, balance, report resource booking and complete each PO daily. 

Complete an Intercompany Transfer in ERP for product on 84 side to S-FFBRAN in ERP.

Send a GroupWise to SRD Hulls & Bran In Rice Group with daily rotap report.

Compute daily and weekly timecards for department's hourly personnel

Process the weekly payroll for department and monitor/track PTO usage

Complete payroll data forms for changes to status of employees

Complete new employee documentation: issue required equipment to new employee.

Assist employees with insurance, FMLA, workers comp, 401(k) and credit union questions

Confirm all supplies is stocked and Chemical Lists are up to date. Change as needed.

Create requisitions for central stores and outside vendors for office supplies and maintenance.

Keep up with all requisitions, invoices, and PO’s. Make sure PO is issued and items are received.

Run unpaid time at the beginning of the month for employees

Direct drivers to their correct locations and assist them with paperwork if I can.

Maintain Hull field invoices for supplies and work done. 

Create and send requisitions for Hull Field repairs/supplies

Keep up with all Hull field expenses.

Fill out Certificate Of Analysis sheet for totes and send to Nikki Reichenbach.

Create new workorders in E-maintenance.

Print out PM’S in E-maintenance.

Add new equipment into E-maintenance.

Close and keep up with PM’S in E-maintenance.

Communicate with Maintenance and order parts as needed.

Keep up with inventory of parts and order replacements as needed. 

Communicate with vendors for quotes and relaying po#s to them. 

Ensure contents of requisitions and W/O’s are received.

Do any other task assigned by manager/supervisor.


Education Requirements

One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED.
