Position Purpose:
The International Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing global customer accounts while ensuring all products meet the regulatory and compliance standards of each destination country. This role requires meticulous planning and coordination of order lead times, inspections, and container optimization to support efficient international shipping operations. Success in this position demands exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—Word, Excel, and Outlook—is essential, and multilingual communication skills are a plus. The representative will also support additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the international sales function.

Major Functional Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage international accounts.
  • Ensure products comply with country requirements.
  • Prepare and plan lead time and inspections for all orders.
  • Efficiently optimize the amount of product to ship in ocean containers.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and highly organized with multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.  Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred but not required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Required education: High School or GED
Required experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience: 3-5 years of experience in the foodservice industry or international account management.

Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
