Launch Management is responsible for managing the lifecycle of our software and solution launches from portfolio approval through post-launch for the Software and Mobile Video businesses.

Job Description

The International GTM Offer Manager serves as the regional owner for Command Center offers, driving end-to-end commercial strategy and execution within a designated geography. In this role, you will adapt global offer frameworks to align with local market needs, establish competitive regional pricing, and manage the complete offer lifecycle. Working cross-functionally with sales, deployment, and support teams, the Offer Manager leads seamless regional launches, coordinates ongoing updates, and aligns operational readiness to maximize market penetration and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt offers for international go-to-market aligned with strategic priorities and the product roadmap
• Evaluate the competitive environment to determine optimal pricing factoring in relative value and competitor pricing
• Communicate offer structure, pricing and strategy to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional stakeholder requests with product management to align and drive offer availability targets
• Drive sales strategy and support enablement of sales teams to realize cross sell and upsell opportunities
• Project manage the launch of new products and offers into your region.
• Ensures that product, sales, deployment and support complete the necessary deliverables to achieve general availability (GA).
• Drive post-GA retrospective discussions and 6-month product reviews to drive improvements back into the overall process
• Continuously evaluate new market information and offer performance results to assess and adapt offers as needed for success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• 2 years of related experience in portfolio or product management is a plus!
• Strong understanding of financial cost models and business plans
• Understanding of ERP or quote to cash systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to understand and communicate the big picture while being able to be detail-oriented about execution
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent project management skills
• Able to navigate a highly-matrixed organization and gain trust with leaders across multiple layers

Target Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $ $125,000 USD.

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
