Educational Background
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Basic Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of procurement processes and basic supply chain principles.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
Communication & Coordination
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality, logistics, finance).
Comfortable communicating with suppliers under supervision.
Analytical & Organizational Skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze basic purchasing data and support cost analysis activities.
Professional Attitude
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Punctual, reliable, and able to follow internal processes.
Key Responsibilities (During Internship)
Support issuing and following up Purchase Orders.
Assist in maintaining supplier master data and documentation.
Help in collecting and comparing supplier quotations.
Participate in supplier evaluation and audit preparation.
Assist in preparing purchasing reports and KPIs.
Learn to maintain Work Instructions (WIs) under guidance.
