Position Overview:
The Interface Coordinator is a critical member of the Capital Projects team, responsible for managing the flow of technical information and Requests for Information (RFIs) between MP Materials, its Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partner, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This role ensures timely resolution of technical queries, alignment of design interfaces, and traceability of all formal communications across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in industrial project execution, a strong understanding of engineering documentation and systems integration, and a disciplined approach to communication and coordination. This position plays a key role in de-risking the project schedule and ensuring design and procurement activities proceed without delay.
