Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for a Senior Level C4I Intelligence Analyst. This analyst will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides C4I support to defense intelligence analytic requirements.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic Defense Intelligence environment researching, analyzing, and producing intelligence products and research papers using an assortment of intelligence sources. The candidate will produce, present and defend analytic positions and produce intelligence assessments with minimal oversight.
Required Skills and Education
- 3+ years of experience in technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements
- CompTIA SEC+
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelors +8 YOE in cyber or intel, 12 relevant YOE w/o degree

Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience in computer engineering or network development
- Knowledge of cyberspace strategy, policy, and concepts
- Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
- Ability to provide shift work support
- Ability to accept a 6 or 12-month rotation to another team and facility
