BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is seeking an All Source Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon in Washington DC.

The candidate will provide direct support to DIA to provide situational awareness and intelligence production and analysis in support of the Joint Staff J2 (Intelligence). Candidate will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.  Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Required Skills and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, OR 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degee
• Experience with ICD 203 compliant intelligence analysis
• Experience with INDOPACOM and/or CENTCOM AOR
• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to support shift work
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
