The Integrated Program Manager works with the client as well as all JLL services to provide effective portfolio management and seamless real estate project delivery. The successful candidate will have the right combination of technical acumen, financial analysis, creative thinking, effective storytelling organizational skill and overall project management expertise.

Relationship Management/Strategic Thinking

• Lead the client relationship/interface for the assigned business segment(s) and any additional initiatives assigned.

• Establish a “Trusted Advisor” relationship with Client counterparts as a Corporate Real Estate subject-matter expert.

• Support the Client Team through strategic problem-solving exercises to include requirements definition, brainstorming, solutions development and analysis of alternatives.

• Provide leadership in data collection, data refinement and data management efforts for the Client's international portfolio.

Program Execution

• Drive adherence to established real estate process and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs.

• Ability to flex process as needed to adapt to ever changing environment.

• Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately.

• Manage the approval process for all assigned projects.

• Effectively lead the Delivery Team by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing performance feedback for continuous improvement.

• Integrate service delivery platform and resources while effectively managing handoffs between:

  • Occupancy Planning

  • Transaction Management

  • Lease Administration

  • Project Management

  • Integrated Facility Management

Executive Reporting

• Provide regular executive level dashboard or presentation reporting on project performance across the assigned portfolio.

• Support executive-level presentation reporting on strategic options or alternatives for locations across the assigned portfolio.

Portfolio Management

• Responsible for reviewing critical date or other reports and taking all appropriate actions to ensure date driven projects are scoped and initiated in timely manner

• Identify strategic opportunities to eliminate excess space from the portfolio footprint.

Capital Planning

• Lead the Capital Forecast process for the assigned segment portfolio(s) and identify opportunities and risks to ensure precision within defined targets.

Other

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong financial analysis skills

• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe

• Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment

• Ability to flex their schedule to accommodate meetings with international stakeholders and customers.

Education

• Minimum--BA/BS in Real Estate Development, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science and/or Finance

• Preferred--MBA

Experience

• Minimum--5-7 years in Corporate Real Estate

• Preferred--Foreign language fluency
