Job Overview:
- Install blown-in insulation systems (including BIBS), spray foam, and fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial projects
- Interpret and follow building codes, insulation specifications, and R-values
- Measure, cut, and apply insulation materials accurately for proper fit, coverage, and finish
- Install wall and ceiling netting for BIBS applications
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure a clean, professional finish on all installations
- Operate insulation equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Load, unload, transport, and stage insulation materials and job-site equipment
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
- Set up, dismantle, and return scaffolding and job-site equipment after completion
- Inspect, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and service trucks; report issues as needed
