WHAT YOU GET TO DO

The Installations Scheduler is responsible for planning of Installation projects. As Installations Scheduler you will need to schedule the installation, create RFQ’s for contractors, prepare installation documents. An Installation Scheduler must support the Installation team. Basic knowledge in electrical and mechanical conveyor installation is a must.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop installation schedule
  • Resource planning
  • Maintaining ASTA (Knapp scheduling program) up to date
  • Create RFQ’s for mechanic and electric installation.
  • Prepare and Handover installation documents
  • Support Installation team ()
  • Contractor management
  • Evaluate and revise execution plans for assigned projects
  • Complete appropriate documentation for contractor evaluation

  • Domestic and international travel (10%)
  • Professional office etiquette is required at all times.
  •   Physical requirements may be: Sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm’s length, reaching over-head, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading.
