Installation Technician

This position is ideal for a hands-on technician interested in building automation and controls. The Installation Technician will install and configure building automation systems, support system commissioning and startup, and participate in ongoing product training to build technical expertise. This role offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills while contributing to high-quality installations and reliable building system performance.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Install and configure building automation systems efficiently and to high-quality standards
• Participate in product training to build and maintain expertise in building systems and controls
• Support system commissioning, testing, and startup activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with mechanical or electrical systems preferred
• Basic mathematical and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics preferred
• Availability to work overtime, varied shift hours, and out of town as needed
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
• High School diploma or equivalent
