Shift Temporary Installation Technician **

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Installation Technicians for a temporary 9-10 week project at an Amazon facility in Franklin, IN. Associates will be responsible for installing and securing racking systems throughout the facility. This role involves repetitive physical labor, use of hand and power tools, drilling, anchoring equipment, and other installation-related tasks. Candidates may also assist with low-voltage wiring as needed.

Pay/Benefits:

• Pay rate: $25/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

• Our client is a third-party contractor that partners with Amazon facilities to complete installation and facility improvement projects.

Job Duties:

• Install and secure warehouse racking systems.
• Unbolt and remove existing structures.
• Drill and anchor racks into concrete flooring.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with low-voltage wiring installations when required.
• Follow all safety procedures and project guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete repetitive installation tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience using hand and power tools.
• Prior construction, installation, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
