About the Role
As Installation Manager, you're the heartbeat of our field operations — a mentor to our installers and the driving force behind a luxury customer experience. You'll oversee the daily activities of installation crews, ensuring every project is completed on time, within scope, and up to our elite quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants their work to make a visible impact every day.
What You'll Do
● Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily installation crew activities, coaching and developing team members to perfect their craft.
● Own the Project Cycle: Schedule and coordinate field installations from start to finish, keeping every job on time and on scope.
● Master the Details: Review blueprints, technical plans, and structural drawings to prepare crews with the exact tools, materials, and information they need for flawless execution.
● Be the Solutions Hero: Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, enforce safety guidelines, conduct inspections, and resolve real-time field issues.
● Client Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during installation, answering questions and ensuring total satisfaction.
● Optimize Operations: Manage installation inventory, track performance metrics, and collaborate with design and production teams to continuously improve workflow.
What We're Looking For
● Proven experience managing installation, construction, remodeling, or field service teams, with strong scheduling and coordination skills.
● Practical knowledge of cabinetry, carpentry, custom storage, or related trades.
● Strong proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural drawings, and precise measurements.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both clients and hands-on field crews.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills — able to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and respond to issues in real time.
● Commitment to safety practices, with experience enforcing guidelines and conducting job site inspections.
● Basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
● A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel around Jacksonville.
● High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical training is a strong plus.
