The Installation Apprentice / Shopman works under the guidance of a Journeyman or Lead Installer to assist in sign installation. This role combines shop-based fabrication and preparation with on-site installation work, providing hands-on training to develop the skills needed for advancement. We value safety, quality, and teamwork in delivering high-standard sign projects.
You will split your time between the shop and the field. In the shop, you will prepare materials, tools, and hardware for upcoming jobs. On-site, you will assist with assembling, positioning, and securing signs, performing light electrical work, and helping ensure each installation meets YESCO’s safety and quality standards. You will travel to job locations, learn to read blueprints, and work with team members across departments to complete projects efficiently and safely.
