HVAC Install Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year + Performance Bonus

A well-established residential HVAC company in the Fort Worth area is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to oversee the daily operations of its installation department. This position is responsible for leading installation teams, improving efficiency, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support residential HVAC installation technicians
• Schedule installation projects and assign crews based on workload
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Conduct job site visits and quality assurance inspections
• Provide technical support and coaching to installation teams
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop installers
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and inventory with the warehouse team
• Partner with dispatch and sales to ensure projects run smoothly
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Track department performance, productivity, callbacks, and installation quality
• Review job paperwork for accuracy and ensure projects are completed on time
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, duct design, airflow, and installation procedures
• EPA Certification required
• Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
