### Become a Key Player as an Inspector Senior

You will perform semi-complex inspections that ensure parts meet specification and safety requirements, supporting production and quality stakeholders.

This role impacts manufacturing quality, customer acceptance, and compliance; you will work onsite on 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) as part of a team in the nights schedule.

### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Maintain accurate acceptance and rejection records and certification systems per specifications

• Inspect parts, tools, and instruments to determine acceptance or rejection; identify defects and prepare documentation

• Perform semi-complex dimensional inspections on machined parts using various measuring instruments and adapt setups for sample parts, forgings, and castings

• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to assess acceptability; perform dimension and tolerance conversions

• Conduct calibration on semi-complex measuring and test equipment and document calibration intervals

• Perform nondestructive testing, including daily checks and equipment setup, while maintaining safety and FOD-free work areas

• Investigate customer return failures and assist source inspectors; document and evaluate inspection results according to approved procedures

### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Experience with First Article inspection AS9102 (Aerospace)

• Mechanical inspection experience and knowledge of GD&T

• Experience reviewing supplier certifications (material certs, special process certs, test reports)

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, customer specifications, and internal drawings/procedures

• Working knowledge of shop mathematics including trigonometry

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work as a participative team player

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide/bring personal hand tools as required

• Must wear safety shoes (composite or steel toe) on the first day

• FAA drug screen and vision screening required

### Pay Range $25.60 - $32.00/hour
