Shift Schedule (Day)

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Shift Schedule (Night)

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday – 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Job Summary

Jabil is seeking an Inspector Packer II to manually inspect plastic molded parts, package products for shipment, and support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Inspect plastic molded products for defects such as discoloration, burns, contamination, shorts, sinks, splay, and delamination.

  • Pack finished products into shipping containers and prepare products for shipment.

  • Print and apply labels using SAP and stack finished boxes onto pallets.

  • Transfer products from catch bins or boxes to shipping containers.

  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

  • Operate manually operated molding presses as needed.

  • Perform secondary operations including trimming, reaming, facing, and hot stamping.

  • Sort and rework non-conforming products and properly document rejects.

  • Maintain a clean and organized production and packing area.

  • Follow all company safety policies and environmental regulations.

  • Train new Inspector Packer I employees when required.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience.

  • Previous experience in inspection, packing, or quality control preferred.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely.

  • Good manual dexterity and color perception.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
