Who are we looking for? 

A highly motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Representative I to join our Sales & Marketing team! The ideal candidate should have sales support experience with a high attention to detail and above all persistence. The ability to follow up in a timely manner is crucial to reaching target goals in this role. Although the location for this opportunity is based in Jackson, WI due to COVID-19 conditions, work is remote via home office set-up. Eventually a hybrid remote/in-office work schedule can be anticipated in the upcoming year.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for supporting field sales staff, facilitating quotes and sales inquiries and promoting doors and parts to increase sales. The Inside Sales Representative I communicates with and supports new and existing end users, dealers, installers and prospective customers, Technical/Customer Support, Order Entry, Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Vertical Sales Directors (VSD) and the Rytec Dealer Network on a regular basis.
