About the Role

As our Inside Sales Representative (Commercial Fencing), you’ll be the central point of contact for contractors, installers, and commercial customers. You’ll prepare detailed chain-link project quotes, break down job requirements, and guide customers through product selection, gate configurations, and material needs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the blend of inside sales, technical estimating, and project support.

If you’ve ever estimated commercial chain-link fencing, understand gate layouts and components, or managed construction material projects, you’ll be a top contender.

 What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate commercial chain-link fencing quotes, including gates, frameworks, fittings, hardware, and complete material lists.
• Break down project drawings, specifications, and site details into actionable estimates.
• Manage customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person support.
• Provide product guidance, pricing, availability, and order updates.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track open quotes, follow up with customers, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain ERP records, order documentation, and project details.

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in inside sales, project coordination, estimating, or construction materials.
• Experience estimating commercial chain-link fencing (highly preferred).
• Ability to understand gates, hardware, materials, and job breakdowns.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
