Description
This position is responsible for ensuring that any customer issues are resolved satisfactorily within the parameters of company policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include
· Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and identify problems
· Work internally with various departments as necessary to resolve customer issues
· Follow up with customers to ensure al issues are resolved satisfactorily
· Provide support for customers, agents and outside sales representatives
· Cover the Sales Order Entry function as necessary
· Qualify sales opportunities, price and availability checks, sales quoting and outbound sales calls
· Data entry and various administrative support responsibilities

· Customer support experience or aptitude
· Electrical technical aptitude
· Professional telephone skills
· Active listening skills
· Customer-centric mindset
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, switch focus quickly and manage time effectively
· Efficient typing speed
