Inside Sales Representative
Charlotte, NC

Imperial USA is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina! This is a phone-first, hunter-and-farmer role for someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone all day, every day.

What we’re looking for:

• A driven, competitive, self-motivated phone hunter who thrives on outbound activity
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to cold call and build rapport quickly
• Comfortable with a high-volume, metric-driven sales environment
• Organized, coachable, and hungry to grow a territory and a career
• Prior experience in Division 8 (doors, frames & hardware) or building products distribution is a strong plus and will be reflected in starting compensation
• In-office, Monday–Friday — this is not a remote position

What you’ll be doing:

• Make 50–60+ outbound calls per day, minimum — no exceptions
• Manage and grow relationships with 200+ existing distributor accounts across VA, PA, OH, MD, DC, RI, WV, NJ, ME, NH, VT, and MA
• Prospect and open new distributor accounts throughout the Northeast territory
• Sell our full line of commercial doors, frames, and hardware to wholesale distributors
• Drive consistent revenue growth through both account penetration and new business development
• Work closely with purchasing, customer service, and leadership to deliver a great customer experience
