Job Overview:
Forge Strategies is partner with a local company who is searching for an Inside Sales Project Manager. The role pays $75-$85k plus bonus.
Key responsibilities:
Create, prepare, and manage project quotes and estimates.
Track active projects from initial customer inquiry through completion.
Follow up with customers and distributors regarding quotes, pricing, and timelines.
Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with aquatic design professionals.
Review architectural plans and technical drawings.
Work closely with internal departments to coordinate project requirements.
Attend annual trade shows as needed.
Manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
Qualifications:
Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
Experience with project estimating, quoting, or project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
Ability to read architectural plans and details in PDF and AutoCAD formats.
AutoCAD editing experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
