Rockford Systems is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations through proactive customer engagement, quote generation, and order support. This role is fully in‑office and plays a key part in driving revenue, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting our commitment to quality and safety-focused solutions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:
**
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Generate and follow up on quotes, pricing, and sales orders
Support outside sales representatives and coordinate sales activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Accurately enter and manage orders in internal systems
Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and accounting to ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and applicable safety standards
Provide excellent customer service while meeting sales and performance goals
**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

**REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast
