Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads
Guide customers through product selection, pricing, and compatibility
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and accurate lead times
Prepare and deliver precise quotes
Maintain detailed CRM records and generate sales reports
Advance opportunities through the sales process and support confirmed bookings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Manage bid/no-bid recommendations from qualified leads
Track quoted opportunities and potential orders monthly
Oversee contracts under review for approval
Support all sales activities aimed at revenue generation and customer engagement

Preferred Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in the electronic component industry
Strong organizational and task management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical offerings
Proficiency in CRM, ERP platforms, Business Central and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail
