Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service role is responsible for supporting customers, processing orders, and assisting the sales team with daily operations. This position works closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries
• Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices
• Maintain customer accounts and update CRM/ERP systems
• Coordinate with manufacturing, shipping, and outside sales teams
• Provide product information and resolve customer issues
• Perform general administrative and sales support duties

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with computers (Outlook, Excel, CRM/ERP systems)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing or industrial experience a plus

Position 2: Outside Sales Representative (Manufacturing Experience Required)

The Outside Sales Representative will develop and grow business by managing existing customer relationships and bringing in new accounts. Candidates must have manufacturing sales experience and an established customer portfolio.
