What You’ll Do
- Set molds, start up machines, and troubleshoot injection molding processes
- Keep machines running—maximize uptime and eliminate downtime
- Identify root cause issues and fix them fast
- Adjust processes to prevent defects and reduce scrap
- Program and adjust robotics (3-axis experience a plus)
- Support mold changes to improve efficiency and throughput
- Respond to quality and production issues in real time
- Maintain process documentation and standards
- Help train operators and support the team
- Keep your area clean, safe, and organized

What You Bring
Proven experience setting molds and running injection molding processes
Solid understanding of resins and processing fundamentals
2+ years of injection molding experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability
Experience with 3-axis robotics/programming is a plus
Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay current with evolving technology
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands for handling, adjusting, and operating equipment
Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as needed
You should be proficient in:
- PLC Troubleshooting Skills
- Continuous Improvement
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Injection Molding Experience
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- Injection Molding Machine (Van Dorn, Engel, Milacron, Sumitomo, Toshiba, Toyo)
