Our Client in Wickliffe has an immediate need for an Off Work Week Injection Operator.

Pay is $19.00 per Hour + $2.00 Shift Differential
This is a 12a-12p & 12p-12a Shift OWW
Monday/Tuesday/Saturday/Sunday one week & Wednesday/Thursday/Friday the next.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper machine operation.
Inspect parts for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
Trim, clean, and package finished products.
Read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
Use basic measuring tools and gauges as needed.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Report equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Injection molding experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
