Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Lake Zurich looking to identify a Injection Molding Technician to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Krauss Maffei injection molding machines

• Perform mold changeovers, load raw plastic materials into machine hoppers, start up machines, and make process adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standards.

• Inspect molded components for defects

Requirements:

• 2-5_ years setting up & operating a Krauss Maffei injection molding machines

• Experience in set-ups including tooling changeover of molds, first runs, mixing raw materials and operating of the machinery

• Ability to perform basic measurements and quality checks including visual and dimensional for defects (short shots, warpage, discoloration, flash)
