Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing preferred.
Proven experience in injection molding operations and machine setup.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
