Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the injection molding machines.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
• Oversee the setup and changeover of tools, dies, and molds for various production runs.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in injection molding and safety protocols.
• Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production specifications are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in injection molding, blow molding, and plastic extrusion.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on injection molding machinery.
• Experience with tool, die, and mold setup and changeover.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field preferred.
