Job Title: Injection Mold Machine Operator
Pay: $24/hour
Shift:
12 hour / 2-2-3 schedule.
Every other weekend off.
Work 15 days per month.

6:45am to 7:15pm OR 6:45pm to 7:15am
What You Get
Your hourly pay will be $24 per hour. You will receive 1.5x pay for any time worked over 40 hours a week.
What You Will Do
We are looking for motivated individuals who would like to make a career in the world of plastics. We are seeking potential Injection Molding Operators to join our highly automated facility. Experience in injection molding is not required. We are looking for sharp candidates that are willing to learn something new. We will train you to run injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
The IMM Operator is responsible for operating a given number of injection molding machines and makes necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure production of parts in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner.
How You Will Do It
The primary duties of an Operator include:
Following all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Operating a group of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Performing regular machine startups and change overs.
Troubleshooting processes and equipment.
Performing quality checks on products being produced.
Maintaining work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.
What We Look For
You must have a high school diploma or a GED.
Previous work experience of at least 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment is required.
Sharp candidates willing to learn something new.
Individuals who work productively and cooperatively with others while maintain clear communications.

Our components plant located in Florence, Kentucky manufactures and produces battery containers, covers and PowerFrame® grids. We opened in 1978 and now employ 150 people and operate six days per week. We are actively involved in our local community and host food and hygiene product drives for local homeless shelters and support Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky and Northern Kentucky Children’s Home.
