Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Injection Mold Tool Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for taking care of our molds—keeping them running smoothly, fixing them when they break, and making sure they’re ready for production. If you’re good with your hands, take pride in doing precise, quality work, and enjoy solving mechanical problems, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Tear down molds for cleaning, inspection, and repair.

• Rebuild molds and make sure they’re running right before going back to production.

• Fix issues like flash, sticking, or damaged components.

• Use grinders, lathes, mills, polishers, and other shop tools.

• Work with hot runners, slides, lifters, cores, cavities, and cooling systems.

• Keep detailed notes on what was repaired or replaced.

• Help troubleshoot mold problems on the press when needed.

• Follow safety rules and keep your work area clean and organized.

• Pitch in to help with new mold setups and testing when required.

You should be proficient in:

• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Injection Molding Experience
• Blueprint Reading
